Since the holidays are right around the corner, I thought it would be a good time to highlight some gifts that would be welcomed by any aspiring astronaut or lover of the cosmos!
Gift #1: Telescope

One can never go wrong with a nice telescope! This is a gift that is not only super educational, but it is also a fun experience. It is a great time to just go out into the backyard, set up some lawn chairs and just look up at the cosmos and wonder. There is just so much out there to see and anyone who has any interest in the stars and space would love to receive this gift.

Gift #2: Night Light Galaxy Lamp
This gift idea is not as interactive as a telescope, but it still serves as a great option for anyone that loves to view the night sky. This is a night light, but not just any night light, this orb provides the option for the user to illuminate the night sky with all the colors of the rainbow. The light serves as the background for an amazing display of stars and galaxies. It is like looking up at the night sky without having to leave the comfort of your home. The galaxy lamp serves as a great night light both for kids and adults.

Gift #3: Tickets to Kennedy Space Center

This gift idea is on the pricier side of the spectrum, especially if you do not reside in the state of Florida. There are few places that an aspiring astronaut would enjoy visiting more than the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Unless you are going to hop on a shuttle and take a trip to Mars itself, the Space Center is the place to be. This is somewhere that I would recommend everyone to visit at least one time.

Gift #4: Space A Visual Encyclopedia
As is the theme with many of these gift ideas, the book mentioned above is no different. Space A Visual Encyclopedia is a top notch way to learn and view all things space-related. It contains high-quality images of the cosmos and detailed descriptions of anything a space lover would be interested in. It comes in a beautiful hardcover format that would serve as a great addition to any future space scientist’s library. Definitely would recommend this option.

Gift #5: History of Space Jigsaw puzzle
Last but certainly not least, is this awesome History of Space jigsaw puzzle. If there is a quality that an aspiring astronaut must master, it is the art of patience and what better way to test one’s patience than through a brain-racking puzzle? This puzzle illustrates the journey of space travel throughout time and how the vessels have evolved and morphed into the high-tech shuttles that we see today. This puzzle will not only entertain you while piecing together but it would be a very cool poster to frame and hang up on a space lover’s wall!
